Drink packages are not what the ship states. Neither alcohol or deluxe beverage package is what it seems. You cant get the can soda drinks they have at counter with either one. Only the flat nozzle sodas. Really bad stuff.

Front desk service was terrible. I dont even know why they have a phone in your room. Called front desk several times and not once got an answer. Our room steward was wonderful.
