Review summary
Great ship, great crew! We loved the Liberty so much that we booked for next year and came home and cancelled a Carnival cruise we already had booked. Our cabin attendant, Edna, was the best we have ever had. Loved the Suite Concierge, Carlington, who went out of his way to be friendly to everyone, unlike other Concierges we have had. The Suite Lounge was a great place to visit during the day and for evening cocktails. Disembarkation was a total mess because of 1 passenger who failed to report to CBP. They announced her name at least 15 times and had the ship's staff out looking for her. They sent her picture out to their phones. Good thing the passengers didn't find her first because she held up embarkation over an hour. We were scheduled to debark at 8:15, but did not get off until after 10:00am. I am sure there were lots of people who missed their flights. Parking lots were backed up and embarkation for the next group was going to be delayed too because of her! We got a porter in the terminal and he managed to get us up to the front of the line and through Immigration and Customs very quickly.Embarkation
