Review summary

mediocre food, spotty service, lack of passion or pampering by staff. way too crowded ..... no seats by pools, no seats in shade, theaters jammed, lines for many things. routine ports of call no apparent supervision of staff towards excellence. virtually no interaction with ship's officers.

We have always had great customer service, the food has always been good, always find a spot at the serenity pool, good service at the bars, we like liberty so much, will be our third time sailing on her in October.

Wow! We were on Liberty of the Seas the week before and found the exact opposite! All crew members we encountered were extremely helpful and very professional. Don and Joel in the MDR went out of their way to fulfill any special requests and provided excellent service. Our cabin steward cleaned our cabin twice a day and made sure we always had ice in the ice bucket. Food was very good. Yes seats were hard to come by at the pool but going up on deck above the pool we found plenty of seats. We did not experience any lines except for the $10 T-shirt sale on the promenade deck which was a madhouse! Lol!

Not Happy

I really enjoyed the cruise.. I loved playing volleyball, being on the Love and Marriage game show, dancing, all the many things to do. Adam was helpful also. Bought a nice ring on the ship. They promised to get some money back on a watch from Mee ship
