Review summary

I, for sure, would go on the Liberty of The Seas again and we are planning on the other cruise they do to Jamaica. Buy the food and drink packages and just live it up. We didn't see any show, nor did we miss them. Not a crowd type people. Leave the adult hot tubs open later. Would have done those hot tubes if they had been open at night. Try new stuff. The salmon and suckling pig were new for me and glad I tried them.

A bit delayed, but not that bad. Computer issues.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
We bought the deluxe food and drink packages and took full advantage. We ordered room service on the morning of an early excursion and the order was far from complete. They brought food right down, but we had to leave. What we actually found out was we stood for at least 20 minutes waiting to disembark and could have ate. It was frustrating, but they did bring us chocolate covered strawberries.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
We ate here on multiple occasions and were never disappointed. Be sure to take advantage of this great place to eat. We were also informed we could take food from Windjammer and eat there for breakfast. I am disabled and seating at Windjammer was very full so therefore problematic. The staff at Chop's Grille were fabulous and accommodating.

Ship tip

The trivia was fun and we liked hanging out at the Schooner bar where it was held at. Tip arrive early.

Ports of call

Galveston, Texas

It was in good repair and not to confusing.

Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

It was a bit dirty and the issue is it is very populated with trash service being at issue. Worth the visit and the excursion was good, but you will see the good, the bad and the ugly.

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

3 out of 5
Can you say tourist trap. It is a tourist stop and not a town or vacation like the rest, but it was not something I would return for.

Cozumel, Mexico

We did the Monster Jeep Trip. Not a single bad thing to say. Get your "It's a Jeep Thing" in mind. The Jeeps had low Kilo's, but were well used, however, this is what I expect as a Jeep owner and lover. The crew was great and very willing to be helpful as was the cooking crew that we met up with on an amazing beach. Food was great and authentic. Well worth every dollar and the best money I have ever spent on an excursion.

Disembarkation

I was not happy at the disembarking. There has to be a better way for disabled people. Also, my family got split up by customs and they had stuff I needed. It was not a pleasant exit.

I’ve been on LOS twice and love it. We want a different itinerary as we have done all the ports that go out of Galveston
