Review summary

All in all everything exceeded our expectations.

The MDR was great- we went there for all dinners and after the half way mark for all meals just because it is not so chaotic! The Windjammer is fine (good quality food/ lots of variety) but a bit of a mob scene. We didn't try any specialty restaurants (did I say we are bargain cruisers?) nor do I see any reason to unless you just like to spend more money. The offerings in the MDR were just great. The desserts were to DIE FOR and I had creme brulee almost every night.  :-)  Our evening servers were Iiuri and Nicoleta and they were both just superb! If you get them be sure to tell Nicoleta I said, "beep beep beep" and "be good". She'll know where it came from.

The staff overall is great! They do not make sure people do not hog the nice chairs by the pool or seats in the theaters but I imagine they do not want to anger the guests then have complaints lodged against them.

The only rude people are other guests, and you will find that most anywhere. When we found ourselves around annoying people, we usually just made a quick escape. Even the adults only solarium could get pretty noisy.

There are places to go that are quiet. The 4th FL outside deck is nice & quiet and you can go into to Olive or Twist during the days if you prefer being in A/C.

We just loved the experience.

Escursions- I break bones, so we can't do anything dangerous. There were better excursions if you aren't a klutz. We did not book thru the cruise line so we saved about half the price.

Cozumel- We never got off the ship since we'd been there many time before.

Grand Cayman- We went to the turtle farm. It was interesting.

Falmouth Jamaica- We went to Turtle River Falls & Gardens- it was beautiful! They have a bird apiary you go into to feed the birds too, which was neat.

Wonderful!!! Since we booked on we had no idea that our stateroom (6208) would be so nice/ large and that it would have a big porthole. When you book the cheap cruise everything is a surprise1 lol Although the bed was firm it was very comfortable. I slept like a baby on the rocking ship. Our cabin steward Gloria was very sweet.

Ship tip

If you want to disembark quickly, carry out your own stuff. After a full breakfast in the MDR, we were off the ship and at our home in Spring TX before 10AM.
