Review summary

Great ship and crew! I was not impressed with the Guest Services at all but the rest of the crew was fantastic! Great food in the dining room! Superior service from the room attendant to the dining room. Cupcake place was NOT good but I think it was cultural difference from the way we cook cupcakes.

Cabin was good but the mattress was unbelievably hard. We made due and didn't allow it to ruin our time. Love the Balcony!

Ship tip

Ask for Banzil Rebello table in the dining room. Fantastic service and so pleasant and happy to see his guests. Wonderful experience!

I agree. We took the Sept 11 cruise. Everything was awesome! But when they (twice) charged us for mini bar purchases that we never made, guest services was a little difficult to deal with. We finally got 1 charge reversed but they never did reverse the other. We also had a Johnny Rockets charge for $4 on our account which we did not make. They finally did take it off but they weren't that nice.
