Being with family .employees are rude and not

Very understanding when cruising with a young child. Not helpful at all when asking questions if we got a answer at it was very short.

Some people are just angry and upset at everything no matter the circumstances. Don't listen to everything everyone posts. I had an amazing time on this ship and 90% of that was due to an amazing staff

Well, I know not to expect touchy-feely emotions from the eastern-european stewards; but, like the others have said, I've never seen outright rude

Never saw a ride employee... But we are always start with- Sorry to ask and finish with -Thanks ! ( good tips will never hurt either)

that's strange. I've never met a single rude employee on the ship. ...out of hundreds. they have always been more than kind and friendly. I know the guest services get overwhelmed at certain times but never rude. can you please elaborate a little more on what they did or said that was rude? I'll be back on the ship in 29 days.
