Review summary

I have heard good thongs about the Cruise Line. My take is less than impressed. Food choice and taste was poor at Buffet. Main Dining was only a little better. Staff was pleasant and friendly.

This cruise was with other family memebers. Started out with a problem from the start. Only 1 room in the price special requested - had to pay additional for (quote) upgraded room. My daughter room was the special yet nicer room with much larger balcony. Called rep once rooms had been assigned, never got call back. Left several messages no help. Overall unhappy with and the cruise in general!

So you had an issue with the room your TA sold you and you take that our on the cruise line ? This is to rate the cruise ship not the TA. To give a bad review of your TA go on Yelp.

This is like having an issue with a car dealership and blaming the manufacturer.
