Review summary

Traveling with adult family members, we shared dinner every night. Everyone was able to find things to do during the day for both "at sea" and shore days including excursions, entertainment on board and plenty of food and drink. Even on the rainy day, we still had fun!!!

Loved the Champagne Bar with bartenders Raj and Melvin. Reminded us of "Cheers" where everyone knew your name. Both were very accommodating.

The Promenade was the center of indoor activity on the ship. Deck 11 offered lots of water and sun fun.

Don't miss Deck 14 Olive or Twist. We liked it during the day. A great place to chill out from the tropical sun and what views!

Loved my balcony. Steward, Collin, was very accommodating. TV set needs to be updated. Phone system not 100%, some speed dials were nonfunctional (Reported to Steward on last day). Wish for bathroom outlet for night light! But all in all very comfortable.

Ship tip

If you have mobility challenges, get your cabin in the aft section where all the dining venues are located. The Liberty is 3 football fields long which make for quite a hike. Be prepared to see charges for EVERYTHING on the last day. In other words, work out what you are spending in advance.

Ports of call

Galveston, Texas

Try to arrive earlier as the traffic approaching the dock was horrible on our rainy embarkation day.

Falmouth, Jamaica

Lots to buy, not much to do. Not like the other Jamaica ports of call. Still very pretty.

George Town, Grand Cayman

Lots of stores, of course, in the downtown area. But when you move further inland, you can pick up more about the culture of the island.

Cozumel, Mexico

For mobility challenged guests, the debarkation route to the street is very long. Through cruises.com - did Tequila & Chocolate tour. Take a cab, VERY nice.
