Review summary

This was our 10th cruise on RC and third on the Liberty of the Seas. The staff was exceptional, friendly, accomodating and genuinely glad to serve you..Our Junior Suite was a real nice size and in very good condition. The ice show and the Jose Cuervo Tequila Tour were the highlights. The things that we were not thrilled with were evidently cost cutting measures. On the Windjammer Buffett they had removed the smoked Salmon at breakfast and you could only get it in the formal dining area. They have done away with all announcements! We had a tour that said meet at 8:15 on the pier on our tickets and the ship paper said the Liberty docked at 8:30? When we got to our tour at 8:45 it had left....When I asked what happened they said that they got to port early...I asked where the announcement was that we could go ashore and they said "We do not do announcements anymorre, just emergencies"? Other than those few things we would sail again on the Liberty Of the Seas and the 5 day cruise.

I cannot believe that they didn't inform you about when the ship was cleared for passengers to depart.  Sorry that you missed your tour.    Some ship make too many announcements but this is the first that I heard of no announcements.
