Review summary
The Liberty of the Seas is a beautiful and well maintained ship. The staff are very warm and helpful. our room attendant, Juan, was wonderful about bringing ice when we needed it and we had 3 towel animals on a 5 night cruise which is more than we ever had on any cruise. The best thing about the Liberty was the shows; especially the ice show. All the shows were very good. The food was excellent in the dining room and pretty good in the buffet except for the made to order eggs which needed some work. The only point of concern would be that someone took their dog on the cruise which really surprised me. It was a small dog but I never thought that would be allowed. The ports of call were Ok. We had great shore excursions in Belize and Cozumel. The guide, Gus, for Altun Ha Mayan temple and River Wallace was very funny and informative. The tequila tasting excursion with Carlos in Cozumel was very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this cruise.

The ice show is great and very popular. It should be booked in advance so as to get a seat.
