Shows were nothing special.  Buffet food was not hot.  Main dining room food was very average.  Dining room service was very average.  Customer service rep was arrogant. Casino was very good, even though we did not win.  Elevators were overloaded.  State room was very good. Balcony was very nice.

Everybody cruises now, and the level of client and the overall level of the cruise experience is compromised.  My next cruise will be a smaller ship and I will pay more to be around a more upscale group of passengers.  The muster drill the first day was a joke. You could not understand 50% of what came over the loud speaker system.

Ship Tip

Windjammer buffet. Lots of food, decent selection, but barely warm. I guess they are saving electricity by not using steam heat on the lines.
