Review summary
Despite cutbacks of customs agents embarkation was fast and easy. We arrived at the pier at 10:30 and had our sign and sail cards at 10:45. At 11:30 we were able to board. Upon boarding we had lunch at the Windjammer and then headed to the adults only pool. This was my favorite area. Tip: on sea days get there by ten if you want a deckchair in the sun. We had cabin 1234 (balcony on deck ten forward). This was my best cabin out of 13 cruises. If you like quiet and convenient access to the adult pool this is the perfect location. Excursions: In Belize we went to Bannister Island. Because this is a tender location it is faster to book your excursion through the cruise line. The island was beautiful and we enjoyed the kayaks. In Cozumel we went on our own to a small beach club (Playa Uvas). For 46.00 you get lunch, snorkel gear, all you can drink and beach chairs. The taxi was 11.00 for four people. The dinner menu was heavy on seafood which I enjoyed. The free pizza at Sorrento's and sandwiches at Cafe Promenade were excellent. Shows: The shows were all great. Be sure to reserve your show times and arrive 20 minutes early for good seats. Debarkation was fast also. As long as you have your documents filled in before you get to customs you will get through in a timely manner. Overall this ship is a great choice for families. Our 17 year old daughters had a blast as did we!Ship experiences
