We have cruised on this ship several times and this one was a bit disappointing. We are diamond and there was nothing that made us feel that way this cruise. They were not very accomadating with the my time dining we wanted or the table we wound up with, fel like we were rushed or forgotten about in the dining room. Never got soap in the state room my husband had to ask and then we never got any more, cabin was cleaned to late it was like afternoon never had that before. The panels on the balcony were filthy you could just about see out we questioned our man that cleaned our room and he said it was the salt air we got a towel and trust me it could have been cleaned we always travel balcony this was disgusting,
