The cruise was Not what I was hoping for !

 It started out with the drink package ,  we were told we could purchase one drink package and share the package .  They gave us one cup  and then told us since we were sharing we could have a 2nd cup .   Imagine my shock when we got the bill and we were charged for to drink packages !  The second thing that happened to us was the floor in front of the bed with constantly wet!  We told our bellboy about it but nothing was ever done about it .  We believe the shower from the next cabin must've overflowed and was coming in to our room !  The third bad thing that happened to us was there was a young child in the room next-door that cried  ALL NIGHT!  After the first couple of nights it got even worse ,  I thought maybe the kid was just scared in a new place  but night after night the child cried all night and we never got any sleep !   We even banged on the wall one night hoping they would get the message . We walked around most the time like zombies because we couldn't sleep !  The  fourth thing was ,,,I made reservations online for one of your restaurant for New Year's Eve ....  we showed up at the restaurant only to be told that the reservation was for the night before !!!  I was all dressed up with nowhere to go .  We found another restaurant that said they could take us it was your sushi restaurant .  I looked at the menu and asked the waitress if the food that I have chosen was spicy .....  she told me "no it was not !  I started with the soup and my throat closed up !  I am allergic to spices !  I could not eat the rest of my meal because my throat was closing !  I spent New Year's Eve in my room just trying to breathe !  The first couple of nights the seas were very rough and I understand that that's not your fault but the shower door kept slamming shut even when we tried to stop it .....  we tried to take towels and tie it up,,, but it  created  all night.  Between a crying baby in a creaking shower door let's just say there was no sleeping .  I could go on and on  but you get the gist of it ,,,,,,  it was not a very good  Cruise
