Review summary
The ship was very nice but seemed to have issues with service with staff in windjammer as never asked or spoke much to us or others while dining or eating in this dining room..have gone on 5 other cruises and this is really unusual. Everyone was very nice but they usually ask you for what drinks, coffee, etc and bring to your table or ask if anything they can help and introduce themselves. We had this once in the this dining room for a 5 day cruise!!! Just seemed just not very service minded as only came to pick up dishes after. On other cruises we became interested and heard who they werre and they in turn. They usually have other posts wking on the ship by the pool other dining rooms; etc. You have a relationship while on the cruise which makes it very nice. Our main dining room service and attendants were just awesome and made it fun and very enjoyable! The shows were good but not as wow as on other ships...the food was so so and seemed to not have much change...cuts of meat werepoor...served corn beef as a carving station meat?? The food was not bad just mediocre...presentation was great....dining rm (main was very nice but also the food was good but not wow...we had 9 people at our table and quite a few times things were sent back as no taste or just so so.....know everyone on cruise works hard but I will have to ck out a 7 day and see if the ship or the crusie line to see any difference...staff on ship just had not much interaction...we had a group of 5 and so just not the norm. Others we talked with also said this....the elevators also were an issue always waiting and not full when up or down.....6 or 7 elevators in areas....Ship experiences

knw is near Xmas but last cruise was 2 yrs ago during Xmas and was just over the top......another crusie line..we tried this as other fmaily members took your cruise line and loved it..but one was 3/4 day and other was 7 day cruise....so thought a 5 day would be great as others in group had not cruised at all.......could have been better had some issues but guest relations took care of and were quite nice thru out cruise....just wish had some interaction in windjammer area and other areas.......as said main dining room was great
