Nice time, awesome staff

Sail Date: February 09, 2012

Traveled As: Singles/Friends

Room Type: Oceanview

Ship was very nice, not incredibly snazzy like some others, but just fine for us.

Pros: best service we had ever received (with 1 exception)

Cons: confusing tipping policy for stateroom and dining room staff

Best staff ever. We were horrified to learn after our return home that we had inadvertantly stiffed our dining room and stateroom staff due to Royal Carribean;s confusing tipping instructions. We went to get clarification from the Help Desk, were assured that the tips would be added to our account, and when we discovered that this hadn't been done and then called RC, we were told it was too late to do anything about it. John Elroy, Arnold, and Mario - our deepest apologies. You guys were great.
