Best staff ever. We were horrified to learn after our return home that we had inadvertantly stiffed our dining room and stateroom staff due to Royal Carribean;s confusing tipping instructions. We went to get clarification from the Help Desk, were assured that the tips would be added to our account, and when we discovered that this hadn't been done and then called RC, we were told it was too late to do anything about it. John Elroy, Arnold, and Mario - our deepest apologies. You guys were great.
