Review summary

This was my 4 cruise, a 3rd on a Royal boat. Just as I expected, Royal knows how to make their guests happy. From the time we boarded the boat in Boston to the time we got off everything was great. We got to the ship at 11 am and the boarding time was only 15 minutes. The pier parking is very convenient, they charge $15 a day for cruise passengers. The ship was absolutely wonderful, so clean. The staff on board is all international and very pleasant. They treat you very nice and you always feel welcomed. I enjoyed the 2 days we spent in Bermuda. This is a nice and relaxing itinerary.

The food was excellent and a lot of it. They never ran out of food. I loved the room service and there is no extra charge for it. Make sure you check out the Portofino restaurant. There is a $20 pp charge but it's well worth it. Very nice and relaxing italian atmosphere. The food is delish!.

The ship was great. I have been on all of the Radiance class ships and they are all beautiful. Not to big and not to small. The decor is fitted for a Jewel. Most of the ship is made out of glass so everywhere you look, you can see the outside.

Cabin / Stateroom

We had a deluxe outside balcony in the mid ship, right outside the library. I definitely recommend the midship on deck 9. It's near the elevators but behind the library so it's not noisy. The room was always clean and neat.

Pros: Convienience, Itinerary, the Spa!
