Review summary

Nice ship. Food good. Did NOT get adjoining room with friends, AS PROMISED, Rooms 624/626 (they got 625 instead, the other side of the ship) Anytime dining was a problem, difficult to get table for four without long wait. Service in dining room was excellent (once we got in). Never got to Cayman Islands, due to SLOW tenders (water was choppy). Music at the pool area was often EXTREMELY LOUD ROCK, not necessarily ideal for older guests, which were in the majority. Cruise is supposed to be relaxing! Paid for, and never got, Hop on/ hop off bus in Cartagena-driver refused our voucher from !! Expect refund.

Thank you for posting your review and for recognizing those things that were outside of the ship's control.  We noticed that any time dining issues seemed to be a problem for dinner times from 6:15pm onward.  Earlier arrivals got in without trouble.

I agree with CrusinTim's assessment (per usual) of why you did not end up with adjoining cabins.

Happy future sails!

After seeing your post, I'm glad I check the deck plan when choosing a cabin.

Glad you at least enjoyed the ship and food.  Either you and/or your friends have had to book guarantee and not given a cabin number until just before the cruise date because if you booked a specified cabin, you would have gotten it. The only other way it could be changed if you booked a cabin directly is if you were upgraded and even that has to be with your approval. This may be why you didn't have cabins next to each other.  If your agent refuses to give you a refund for the hop on/hop off transportation, you may want to contact your credit card company and have it disputed.
