Overall we enjoyed our cruise on Iona (2nd time on her) , but we can’t help but notice that standards are slipping in some areas & unfortunately towards the end of our cruise we all became ill with gastroenteritis. P&O medical team very good, but also wanted us off ship very quickly which felt unprofessional. The ship is fantastic and huge but lacks the personal feel such as Azura or Arcadia.

On the whole very good , but noticeably smaller potions being served in main restaurants.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Quiz night in Brodies & played on the shuffleboard area
Entertainment
5 out of 5
The one strong point on our P&O cruises is the entertainment. Very well done & put together
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Overworked but always with a smile
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
Fantastic ship but lack of staffing is obvious with litter on the decks & drinks left in corridors. Not a large amount, but more noticeable due to staff shortages.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
4 of us in a balcony cabin on deck 12. Clean, fairly spacious. Bathroom & shower are very good & roomy.
