This was my second cruise with Royal 5th cruise total. I love Royal. Independence is a beautiful ship with lots to do and plenty of entertainment.

Excellent ship with wonderful service. Traffic at miami port was awful on embarkation day. Arrive early! There was so much to do we never got bored and so thankful for the child care on board!

So much fun all the way around. The crew and the food was fantastic. I enjoyed the Independence of the Seas so much I booked again with my spouse and mother in law.

A Royal Caribbean cruise is a great was to vacation.

Solid weekend cruise. Staterooms are dated but it’s forgiven all things considered

I would recommend people used to sailing on bigger boats that don't get motion sickness go on this cruise. Those are smokers where smoke doesn't bother as the casino has 1 spot but people smoked all throughout and it will give you a migraine if you're sensitive to that.

First cruise since the pandemic. Great crew and service as all RCL cruises are. Will be back on the Indy in May with another group.

Everything was awesome! We even had a rough day at sea the first day and would still do it again! Need better rates for Canadians, with exchange and how far we have to travel it makes it hard to do cruises as often as we would like.

We loved The Independence! Ship was beautiful ! We loved the Holiday Decorations ! Staff were friendly and welcoming. Coco Cay truly is The Perfect Day . We cannot wait to go back again and again !

For having to deal with unusual weather the crew and ship did their best. But the Atlantis Excursion issue really upset me the most. Very unorganized and promised things at excursion were NOT available.

The weather was horrific for the first two days of our trip . Couldn’t enjoy the stops that the ship made

Excellent experience and service. Shreenan, the associate in charge of my room as well as the associates in the restaurant (Sam and Leandro) were the best. Very attentive and kind.

Will love to go back fo coco cay. Nassau vendors were to pushy. Employees on the independence were amazing. Can't wait to do it again

The double dipping at end of cruise cause great stress . We were in Orlando hotel waiting on flight home and discovered we were negative in bank account. Worrying is how can we get out car out of park n fly parking. How can we feed our kids family on way home. Ship knows that pending charges take away guests available funds then debits balance also end of cruise . Also way ship takes out gratitude it causes triple tipping. We were tipping staff from 20 to 59 tip then see end of cruise invoice we were in panic mode. Other than end of cruise stress. We loved cruise even booked another cruise and paid 400 reserve it but we would not had did that if we known we be negative 25 in bank could double dipping. We booked later and kept 400 get home on. We learnt alot on first cruise. It cost us triple amount it should have . I thought the guy does shopping advice and gives vip from Africa. Was very disrespectful to my daughter in front row 11 yr. He never would throw her gift like necklace or glow in sun ring or anything. She gets all excited raise hand and he choose every one else but her. He seemed looking down on us and didn't look our way. My husband spoke up to him once and said throw her a necklace please and he did only when my hubby was getting upset he ignored her the entire show event .

My fave things about cruise is everything from Carl and all the staff to dining selections, entertainment and our suite. We loved every bit of our experience. No complaints at all.

Amazing experience on Independence of the Seas. Great food, tons of things to do, and plenty of places around the ship to relax. Make sure to go onto the helipad, (forward on deck 4) as it has some of the best views and is very quiet.

If I had any complaints about this cruise is it’s too short. 4 nights is just not long enough for what this ship had to offer it’s guests.

It's always delightful to cruise in general and RCCL still offers the best entertainment one could ask for on board. Their talent is stellar. I would lke to try an 'elevated cruise experience' on their sister line, Celebrity, one of these days! My dream cruise is a Transatlantic Repositioning cruise of 12+ days originating in Europe and returning to Florida. The new Brightline will make cruising out of Port Everglades and Miami very easy in the not too distant future as well!

I wish there was a water machine like the coke machines. Overall, fun cruise. I have realized I’m not the cruising type, so this might be my last one. That’s not Royal’s fault. Everything went well for us and we had a great time.

We had a wonderful birthday cruise with our grand daughter & her cousin and their moms! Great memories!
