Staff awesome, spa mediocre as no dedicated spa shower, sauna! Entertainment in bars awful, need more activities! Nicole and fined to death with up charges!

Chops was phenomenal!! Our dining room staff were excellent! The food however in dining room, windjammer and fish and shops was okay!! No flavors, greasy and not enough selections!! Same thing over and over in dining room! Izumi full of smoke!!! Awful smelling and only way to order sushi is in the middle of the small hibachi area! We couldn’t take the smoke and smell!

Not enough activities on this ship! Pool OVERCROWDED not enough room and no one enforcing hoarding of chairs, lounge chairs stuffed like sardines and pools too small, hottubs full of children! ( I was on the cruise ship with my grandchildren and my children) young children, do not belong in the hot tubs! Library boring, no games, cards , puzzles etc… The olive and twist was lovely! The promenade was quiet and dreary! All they were pushing was boom internet and jewelry etc..

Ice show and Grease were great!!! Comedy was awful! Music bands were terrible and piano player in schooner bar was only one night!!!

Shore excursion was 45 minute drive to discovery bay and back! It was awful! Advertised a sailing trip with live music and drinks and snorkeling a reef and beach visit! Reef was destroyed and no tropical fish and catamaran took us in a little circle never left resort area! Haggled by locals from the moment we arrived!
