Review summary

The company (family) made up for some of the lacking. My largest issue is that the things that are easy to change (aside from food) were the absolute worst. Maybe it’s time for some new management.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Quick and painless! Hubs & 16 daughter are disabled and they made it smooth.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
The food in the buffet and main dining tasted like McDonalds food that a toddler reheated in the microwave after 3 days. Johnny Rockets was so bad no one ate more than a couple of bites. Izumi was completely amazing!!! Playmakers was worth the nominal price. But neither of those 2 experiences made up for the lack of quality elsewhere on the ship.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Pools were lovely. Kids enjoyed the flow rider and rock climbing.

Entertainment

2 out of 5
Grease was 4/5 better than anticipated. Comic was more of a juggler and was not funny. Making fart jokes.

Children's Programs

2 out of 5
My teens 17, 16, 13 were bored. Not enough to keep them busy.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Staff was phenomenal. Our room stewardess was so wonderful. Our wait staff accommodated our every request.

Disembarkation

They had us parade around deck 4 to wait in line for over an hour. I understand a gangway was damaged but there should have. Even an alternative.
