Review summary

The embarkation process was a breeze vs disembarkation was a nightmare. The main dining was good for breakfast and dinner and the servers were very pleasant. The entertainment was good from the comedians to the Royal Caribbean performers. Once again Ricky as the cruise director rocked.

The food at the main dinning was tasty and good overall. The attendants were hardworking and very friendly. Chops was not as good as the main dining; the ribeye was tough and bland; the spinach dish was not as good as other times; lobster bisque didn't have enough lobster bites. The server was very attentive and offered to bring another meal to make up for the lack of taste. Very disappointing experience. Windhammer was ok and Angel was very attentive and helpful in the Windhammer.

I'm happy with the service I received from all the staff members. Especially from the main dining Dayakar and Chalvesh were very helpful and worked very hard. In the Windhammer Angel was a hard worker always trying to help.

Ship Quality

The design was good. Like the promenade to enjoy the shows of the 80's and 70's. I saw several employees keeping the areas clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was comfortable and the bed as well. The cabin was clean. Couch over window starts sign of time to update a little too hard

Always check your safe and have a second person going over.

Disembarkation

Unfortunately for the first time there were only one gangway and the employees were not well organize to deal with this time of disembarkation. People were skipping line when bringing it to the attention of situation employee wasn't very cooperative with the complain of the passengers. A total disaster.

Agreed disembarking was difficult. Port authority only allowing one gangway due to Ian. I believe the staff did the best they could for what they had been dealt.
