Review summary

All meals slow and cold food. RCCL shut down all ATM machines so they could pocket 5% by using credit cards. Water shut off with no notice. Ship was under inspection and staff was nervous and simply RUDE. CORPORATE DOES NOT STAND BY THIER PRODUCT. TOLD NOTHING CAN BE DONE

Slow service. Beverages did not arrive until dessert. All food served cold. Promised wine next night but never received. Don’t need the $6 bottle but the gesture should have been honored.

Well done for bothering to elaborate on why certain things got a poor rating! Happy to rant but not put effort into explaining why. Not a helpful review!

Sorry. We had a fantastic time when we went in 2017. The food was good but never hot. We just got back from our first Carnival Cruise and the food in MDR was delicious and always hot. Steak, a perfect medium rare every time. Would definitely go on the Conquest again.
