Review summary
All meals slow and cold food. RCCL shut down all ATM machines so they could pocket 5% by using credit cards. Water shut off with no notice. Ship was under inspection and staff was nervous and simply RUDE. CORPORATE DOES NOT STAND BY THIER PRODUCT. TOLD NOTHING CAN BE DONEEmbarkation

Slow service. Beverages did not arrive until dessert. All food served cold. Promised wine next night but never received. Don’t need the $6 bottle but the gesture should have been honored.
