Review summary

We did love it .the kids has a blast. The adults had a great time as well. Just bring more sunscreen than you think you need, if you're an alcohol drinker the deluxe drink package is a MUST unless you like spending ungodly amounts of money.

Embarkation

Very quick and painless.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Jocelyn on 14 is amazing, Pedro and Alarin in main dining room were wonderful!

Windjammer Marketplace

3 out of 5

It was ok. They did a good job rotating the food and keeping it as fresh as possible. It was just so difficult to finding seating sometimes .

Viking Crown Lounge

5 out of 5

Oh we loved it up here! Jocelyn was the very best! She knew all of our names and our drinks. We never had an empty glass in front of us!

Main Dining Room

Pedro and Arlin were great!!!

Sorrento's Pizza

5 out of 5

Omg when the adults had a *little* to drink we were also able to head down and get pizza at 12am or later with no problem!

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Laser tag was originally made out to be any time but was only available two days for certain hours so that was a little disappointing. But the kids loved it and mini golf .The splash pad was very nice too!

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Grease was Amazing!! The only negative was the schedule changes not made on the app for the Comedy show and Adults game show were both canceled but the app was never updated .

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Our littles loved Adventure Ocean!

Adventure Ocean

Our 5 yr olds had a great time and begged to go back!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
We had outstanding service by our Stateroom attendant, Gladwin.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
The upgrades were wonderful! Some areas still a bit dated but they have absolutely improved.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
The cabin for ours and our children's adjoining rooms were well maintained. Only slight negative was that on tbe second say a bedbug was located in a hat in a suitcase so that caused some panic but they jumped right in and sent their onboard specialist in immediately to tear the rooms apart and check everywhere. Nothing else was found and was likely picked up as a little hitchhiker somehere between check in and the luggage being delivered to our room. These things happen especially with that amount of people .

Ship tip

Bring extra sunscreen. The Market ran out with a full day left at sea and they weren't overly concerned. Also, if you need to see the on board Dr you're looking at $135 for the visit paid out of pocket. Just something to keep in mind.

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

4 out of 5
We didn't do anything but park and check in.

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

5 out of 5
Island was beautiful, lunch provided was good. Wear a hat, water shoes and reapply sunscreen more often then you think you'd need to .trust me.

Falmouth, Jamaica

2 out of 5
This was nothing but a tourist trap for shopping. Literally nothing going on and if you leave the designated ship area you will be hounded by locals to purchase things. It's unsettling.

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
Was a long process. Was organized well though considering.
