Review summary

This was our first and last cruise on Royal Careabean. The service did not meet our expectations developed from our numerous cruises on Celebrity. For example when I purchase the unlimited digital photo package include the digital prints. Your just going to throw them away so it doesn’t cost you anything to show some appreciation. Plus I don’t know if you put all our photos on the disk or if you even gave me the correct disk.

Embarkation

Long lines and chaotic process. This experience did not compare well with our numerous cruises on Celebrity.
