Review summary
I have been a faithful Carnival Cruise passenger for years and decided to delve into a different ship. I was very pleased with my overall experience. I was not a fan of the drink packages that you HAD TO purchase in order to drink anything on the ship; however, other than that, it was really nice. In fact, we liked it so much, we booked another one for 2017!

Did they not sell individual drinks (alcoholic or non) at the bars? Are you saying bar service was only available to those with a drink package? If so, that's a new development that we need to look into.

I want to be very clear, my intent is not and was not to 'bitch' about anything. I simply gave an honest review just as everyone else does. I stand by everything that I said in my review and also as I stated in my review, l've booked another one for 2017!

I have been spoiled by Carnival Cruise. They had water, lemonade, juice and iced tea available 24/7 for everyone. On this one, in order to have those things, we had to purchase the drink package so outside of going to the buffet for the flavored water and unsweetened iced tea (when it was opened) there was nothing to drink, unless you had the package. Additionally, as far as kids were concerned (although I didn't travel with my children), outside of the flavored water that they had, their only choice of drink was soda.
Like I stated in my review, I loved the cruise and am booked for another in 2017

What do you mean that you HAD to purchase a drink package to drink anything on the ship?
