Review summary

Overall we were very happy with the cruise and the support we received from our representative (Torey Singletary). There were major mistakes made on our reservation and Torey was very helpful in resolving the situation although it took longer than expected and was not completed until 5 days before we left. The cruise was fantastic and we will definitely book thru again and hopefully can work with Torey again.

Ship tip

Only negatives were lack of sports bar and the seating at the pool. The majority of time, it was impossible to find a seat at the pool unless you put a towel on a chair before 9am (which was not allowed) but happened every day.

Old San Juan was great - first close at 6pm - get there as soon as you land. Food downtown was fantastic

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

Great snorkel/sail excursion. Just wish a plane was landing when we went by the airport.

Basseterre, St. Kitts

Rain Forest tour was great - drive to forest was pretty humbling with the poverty and trash evident everywhere.
