We loved Icon of the Seas. We had anticipated it for over a year. It lived up to that. It is an amazing, beautiful ship. They have thought of many details. The design, the beauty. We loved it. We highly recommend it. Looking forward to someday going again.

The cabin layout amazing. Love the larger shower. Love all the storage. The room was beautiful. One issue. A horrible banging noise every night from 1-4 am. We did complain about it, a few times. They already had known of the problem from the complaints the 4 weeks before us. This really is needing to get fixed because disturbing sleep on vacation is not acceptable. We were not thrilled about how the staff handled this particular issue for us
