Many areas seemed understaffed. Where lines would form for shows, activities, etc. there was often confusion and no one there to direct people. You shouldn't have to show up an hour prior to a show to get a seat. That's a waste of valuable vacation time!

Service from RCI staff was exceptional in all aspects. Stateroom attendant was fantastic. All servers/hosts/hostesses in restaurants were super friendly and went above-and-beyond to make sure we enjoyed our meals. Barkeepers and servers in all the bars were great too! Entertainment was the best we've seen on any cruise, and would easily rival the quality of any theater or arena production!

the biggest problem with this cruise was that the casino was poorly ventilated and reaked of cigarette smoke. There were a few "non smoking" tables , but they were located dead in the center of the casino and surrounded on all sides by smoking sections. The cigarette smoke was so strong, that the smell filled the hallways and corridors leading up to the casino area. Totally disgusting for a non-smoker!

Very large ship with lots of features, excellent shows, very good food, clean. A bit too crowded at times at Windjammer cafeteria and pools, with 5,400 passengers.

We did a blended family trip and we had a great experience. Would do it again and recommend.

Food has improved greatly on this ship, lots of activities, ice cream machines are very slow to dispense

Overall, We had a great time. There were a few rough spots, but nothing that really impeded on our vacation.

Had a great time ! Dining to Shows to Ports....It's all here on Harmony of the Seas !! our Cabin steward, S. Dessai was a saint. our dining servers, Shana and Olga were phenomenal ! Will miss them lots. God speed to all the crew. Lee & Donna Greenfield , Mathews, Va.

We had a wonder cruise on board the Harmony of the Seas. We enjoyed the nightly shows and specialty dinning.

We had a marvelous time and look forward to sailing with Toyal Caribbean again in the future!

I had a really good time and enjoyed what the ship had too offer, the biggest down fall was not much in the T. V. selection for the evening wind down food was good but I think it could be much better. All over great time.

This cruise itinerary was absolutely amazing. My family thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our vacation. We could not be happier with how well everything went for us. The staff was great, the amenities were incredible and the exotic locales were exhilarating.

Harmony of the Seas is an amazing mega ship! We loved her so much we booked another cruise for Jan 2020 on her sister ship, Symphony of the Seas. These cruise ships are each one of a kind. Breathtaking and amazing!

this is a great ship, one of the largest in the world. there are lots of things to do and so many places to eat that it literally takes you most of the week to do and see everything.

This was a vey special Cruise! We’ve been on many ships, yet this one has a charm of it’s own!

The cruise was amazing and fun! Went with friends and enjoyed dinners, shopping and wine. Ports were great for a very relaxing cruise.
