It was my second cruise with this cruise line I had a great time I will travel with them again

We had a wonderful time on this our first cruise celebration our 25th anniversary! I would definitely recommend Royal Caribbean and Harmony of the Seas to anyone!

Overall great cruise, excellent service, food much better than previous Cruise adventures of the sea

With the exception of the room cleanliness, the cruise was excellent. The guest services staff were responsive to any issues brought to their attention.

Traveling with other family, all were pleased. No compliant!

The cruise was very good, we enjoyed the Harmony (are second time on board). We were very impressed with our Waiter and Assistant Waiter (Robert & Yayun), they were true world class servers they definitely deserve 5 Stars or 15 stars if we could give it to them.

Beautiful ship and great crew. This was my first time aboard an Oasis Class ship and it might be the last. The main reason is there is just too many passengers on these ships. The design does an decent job of spreading people out, but at the end of the day it felt more like Disney World than a cruise liner. I would go back but only if my kids were with me.

Great ship. Lots to see and do. Loved it. Just wish they had a pool in the adult center not just a bunch of hot tubs.

Best ship for entertainment!!! Hands down, not one bad show and we saw them ALL!! Food was okay, I recommend upgrading your dining options but wait til day one to purchase for best deals. There was a LOT of "nickle and diming" on this ship which wasn't appreciated especially given how much we paid to begin with. The Key upgrade was definitely worth it though. Our day at CocoCay was far from perfect but a lot of others enjoyed it. We refused to pay $100pp admission but we have access to some awesome water parks at home for far less. Overall, I'd give it a solid B.

Overall the ship was great. Had so much fun. The changed the places we went to because of weather but that didnt stop the fun.

We will go on a smaller ship with adequate amounts of staff next time.

The ship was very nice. The staff were great. Needs more variety of food on buffet. Needs to add more side walks for handicapped on private island. Did not like the fact that not all shows on board were free and that you had to have reservations even for the free ones. Add laundry rooms for those who would like to wash their cloths.

Had a great time. Met Captain Johnny personally and while we missed our two favorite ports, we did book a future cruise to both St. Thomas and St. Maarten for early next year.

We had a very pleasant experience on the Harmony. This is the nicest ship we have have ever sailed. There was something for everyone. The seas were rough, but the size of the ship and being Midship made it easier. Royal Caribbean never fails to deliver a top flight experience.

We had an excellent time and we were well taken care of. The ship is very impressive.

One day the cruise industry will have a smoke free cruise. Horrible, could not enjoy the casino.

Harmony of the Seas is huge! You will see lots of crowds. But Royal Caribbean is efficient in getting people where they need to go. If the weather gets bad, the crowd on the Boardwalk will be massive. Head to Central Park or the Solarium for some quiet.

We really enjoyed the entire cruise. You just have to remember this is a very large ship that holds a lot of people. You have to chill back and know you will have your turn. Best advice is to reserve everything possible as quickly as possible before leaving home.

This ship was at full capacity and unlike other larger ships, we felt all the passengers on this one. Long lines for everything.

Overall it was excellent. I enjoyed my family a lot and we really enjoyed the activities of the crew and the entertainment of the cruise. I Love it!
