Review summary

1st time planning my cruise was stressful. Info given was inconsistent & sometimes inaccurate. Booking Agent did not return most of my calls, gave incorrect info about airport. Got different info from each person (4) I spoke with. Was told I'd have to "wait & see" after boarding. Once on ship, enjoyed it mostly. Entertainment was good but disliked not being able to sit where I wanted even after making reservations & coming 30 min early. RC staff were holding seats for designated passengers & other passengers were allowed to save seats (1 person saved 13 seats).

Ice Show was very nice, musicals were ok, comedy show was very good. Aqua show canceled because of weather. So disappointing! Band in Dazzles was pretty good.

Gave excellent service everyday, especially in Main Dining Room & Cabin. Waiters are the best!!!

Got fresh towels everyday & tityed up daily. Was able to manage 3 people in cabin easier than I imagined. Nice size balcony.

Ship tip

Go to shows extra early because passengers & RC staff save seats for others. Not at all happy about that!

Little confusing. Kept getting different directions on where to go. Mine & nephews luggage was damaged. No signs directing us to shuttle bus. Had to ask. .

Yeah, seat saving can be frustrating. Look into the key on your next RC cruise. You get perks like saved seats for the shows. The price seems high but it includes internet. Hope you cruise again. Thanks for sharing

Sometimes certain level of guests get certain seats for shows. You do have to arrive early but most are worth it. Usually 2 shows.
