Review summary

Beautiful ship! Only place that felt crowded was Windjammer at popular meal times. Central Park is a great retreat for a quiet evening at the Trellis bar.

Disembarkation: Very sad day! We loved just about everything about this ship. Our cruise was fully booked and we never had a problem finding 2-3 chairs together at the pools even on seadays at lunch time. We didn't have a problem getting into shows last minute and finding seats for 1887 and Columbus. Our favorites were Fine Line and Grease... don't miss out on those the talent was nothing short of amazing!!! We didn't book any specialty dining and were offered 50% off at Jaime's and 30% off at Chops once we got on board. The Lasagne was better in the MDR though, and our friends said it was also better in the Windjammer. My husband even liked his steak in the MDR better than the one he had at Chops. It was difficult finding a seat in the Windjammer pretty much everytime we went in there... but really no complaints about the food. We were definitely NEVER hungry!! The staff was superb from our amazing room steward Elias who hunted down a working coffee machine for our room. He was happy to see we brought our own mattress topper to put on our bed for us as there weren't any available as soon as the rooms were open. It was very easy to bring it too. The porters take it and deliver it right to your door so it was zero hassle. Our friends even brought theirs still in the box and the porters just slapped a room sticker on it at the port and voila it was handled for them. The lines at the abyss and the waterslides only about 5 minutes long at the most even on busiest seadays. All the kiddos very well behaved (moreso than a few adults) my only regret was not bringing more ducks. They get so excited when they find one really makes your day. The solarium was always pretty empty, and a great place to have a nice quiet meal if you want to escape the chaos of the Windjammer. I wish it had a pool but there is a cool shower there to cool off. We were happy to hear they will be installing a pool in the adult solarium when it goes into dry dock, as well as changing Sabor into a sports bar. My only complaint really was the hand sanitizer dispensers were empty the majority of the time throughout the ship so bring some with you to have on hand. All the staff was amazing to our new friends and waitstaff at the MDR... they really become like family. The bartenders so fun and friendly... everywhere we went the staff was great and helpful... Even in the crazy busy Windjammer a staff member noticed I was hunting for something which were jalapeños on Mexican night and went somewhere and brought me some. So nice!!! Guest services were prompt and quick to fix little mishaps in our room (light switch, safe) Nothing short of impressed with the high quality of the staff, service, cleanliness and overall beautiful ship! Enjoy Harmony we sure did!!!!just got off this morning. Very sad day! We loved just about everything about this ship.
