Review summary

This was our first cruise, but our last cruise on Royal Carribean. The staff was very rude, we experienced more bad attitudes than enjoyable experiences. Several staff members would lie to our face. The shore excursion staff lied about being able to switch to another excursion, refunding the original. We never got our refund for the first excursion. But they made sure to charge us for both. Had an accident in the casino, I used a machine that was already damaged. When I hit the bonus, the screen wasn't responding. So I tapped the machine, just like I would if my phone froze, the machine shattered into pieces. Even though it was previously damaged, they charged me the full amount for the repair. On the last night, my girlfriend fell on the upper deck, because of a puddle of water without any notification that the ground was wet. We received little to no help in regards to getting her medically checked out.

Main Dining had the worst food on the ship. Buffet was far better than main dining. Drinks were mostly watered down, all servers except for Bjorn were very slow.

I was on the Harmony last September and I thought the food was very good. I’m a picky eater and they accommodated my changes with sauces, etc, with out any problem. Got me different appetizers if I didn’t like what was offered. Was very happy with the service in the main dining room.

Oh no. Don’t let one bad ruien your nxt one give it another try. Oasis is good. Symphony. And wonder try not to cruise in the summer. It is the worst I will never agin go in summer. It’s more enjoyable off season

Was on Harmony in Oct 2023, loved it. No rude staff, food was good. Being on a cruise, there's going to be puddles at some point. Any time we changed excursions or it was canceled, we got a refund within 30 minutes.

I was just on the Harmony two weeks ago, and I had a great time. We had several great bartenders, and I thought the food in main dining was great. I am sorry you had a bad time. Make sure to call customer service for that excursion refund if you still do not see it. In the future you can ask for more padding on the bed.
