Our first day was a bit rough... husband had his sail and sign card but mine wasn't there. Went by guest services and the line was so long we decided to wait. Few hours later we had a knock on our door and our neighbors had my card in their envelope. Was such a huge relief we didn't have to go down to guest services. When we got our luggage our wheel was broken off our suitcase. 2nd time this has happened . Last time... no wheel at all. This time they laid the wheel by our suitcase . Then the USB ports in cabin didn't work. Then our adult kids that were with us.. 2 of them weren't assigned at our table . But we got that fixed quick. Glad we did cause our waiters were the BEST !

Ship experiences
Food and Dining

Main dining room was AMAZING. Best waiters we have ever had. Love having tablecloths and the food is fantastic. Do miss the fruit soups though

Pool was warm.
Entertainment

Grease was AMAZING, but not for little kids. They have gone a little more foul words and other things since I last saw this show 2 yrs ago . Otherwise it was great ! Water show (The Fine Line) again was fantastic !
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Our main dining room waiters were Deepakchand and Nengah. Out of our 21 cruises we have taken.... these 2 guys were the best we have ever had ! They were amazing and so kind. Always gave us other dishes to try if we didn't order them. Our adult children loved that !
Ship Quality

Everything on ship was clean ! Still looks brand new !
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was clean and our room steward always called us asking if everything was ok. Very nice and hardworking employee. Only thing is our USB ports (both) were not working. Looked like one was broken. Plus the TV didn't swerve enough for both of us to see in bed. Location of our cabin was very quiet . Loved that, but we think we will go back to a balcony next time. Really missed that.
Ship tip
Prepare to climb stairs. Did lots of waiting for elevators... but we feel that was because school was out and kids were pushing all the buttons. Refreshment pkg included Johnny Rocket Shakes which was wonderful !
Went to the beach . We stayed at Hilton Home2Suites right across the street from the ocean. Loved it ! Went to The Strand. Was very disappointed that our parking cost us $25 !!!!!! Last time it was only $5. Won't do that again.
Went to Chankanaab Beach Park. We have been here several times and we continue to enjoy. Staff was very nice , beach was clean. Ocean a bit rough there so didn't get in the water much. But has a nice pool .
Just gets better and better. Very easy and love the facial recognition. Very fast and staff again was very friendly and said goodbye and come back which we will.
We were on one cruise where 50% of the time we got on an elevator every button had been pushed. On day 5 I caught the teenagers doing it. I told them if I saw them doing it again I’d break thier fingers myself since they think it’s so funny. Didn’t happen again. Parents just letting kids run wild really detracts from every other cruisers experience. Good thing I’m a nice guy! 😉
Appreciate your detailed feedback. Happy you got the dining situation fixed easily. A great waitstaff can make a cruise!😁. Glad you enjoyed your cruise.
Glad you got the dining sorted out. We do that on embarkation day. As soon as we board the ship we go have lunch. After lunch we go to the MDR to see where our table will be for dinner. If it’s near the kitchen or where they have all the carts we get it changed which they can usually do. One time we had my daughter and her family come with us and they had us at a table for 10 instead of 6 so we had that changed too. We love the tablecloths too. Makes it so pretty and romantic which sometimes if it’s just us we want a table for 2. I think Carnival is the only cruise line that doesn’t have tablecloths. We were on 1 of their ships which only had tablecloths on elegant night but now I don’t even think they do that.
