The boat is very nicely equipped. They really need to work on their app. Half the time it wouldn't work correctly which made staying connected to your cruise mates difficult at best. Overall a very good cruise

The system they use to book the shows sucks. Almost all of the shows where booked before we even had an opportunity to book. I was able to get into Grease and a modified water show, both very good. I've never been on a ship that I couldn't get into the shows. I was very disappointed in not getting to see any comedians or a full water show. The hurry up an wait was ridiculous in the hope that you might get in is a joke.

We ate at Jamie Oliver's on the 6th day of the cruise at 6:45 and it was the absolute best experience primarily due to our waiter. I wish I could remember is name. He was from the Philippines. Not only did he do a great job getting us to come in he as great at up selling.

The port wasn't finished and the only restaurant Rum Runners looked to be a fun venue but quickly became a great disappointment. Music was good but too loud, the waitress was poor at best. Had to place are order twice and then one of the meals didn't show up until we were ready to leave. Don't order a mixed drink because they don't know what they are doing. The food itself was gross, very greasy and cold. Such bad service we didn't leave a tip, which is the first time I've never left a tip.
