We had Marcelino and Jason in Dining Hall 3 - they are the best we have ever had. They treated us like family from day one.

Took an unusually long time to get off the ship. We have cruised a lot and never had this happen before. Hoping was a one time fluke.

Glad you had good New Years Eve. We sailed on Royal last year for NYE and it was not great.
