Review summary

Quick cruise to Cozumel with extended family. We had a large group of 4 couples. The ship was incredible. The staff friendly. The amenities unparalleled. I want to take a 7+ night cruise on Harmony of the Seas.

The specialty dining package was awesome, but they oversold them. We weren't able to get into the lunches on the sea days many times.

Loved the storage space and the room setup. I liked having the bed nearer the door. It gave move space to the balcony areas.

Ship tip

If you get the unlimited dining package, board early and make your lunch reservations immediately for the sea days.

I've been to Cozumel 8-10 times. It's my least favorite port, but its close to Galveston.

Galveston's new port had the best technology. Getting through customs took about 2 minutes.

Thanks for the review and I'm glad you enjoyed Harmony! I don't know if this works at the port in Gavleston, but one sneaky trick I've learned for getting reservations: often times (like regularly at Canaveral) you can get to ship's wifi while you're waiting in the boarding lounge at the terminal. If that works at Galveston, there's your leg up on getting your reservations made before everyone else.
