We had a great time. This was our 3rd cruise on Harmony. We were suppose to be on Symphony but they switched our ship. We are scheduled for Symphony next year, if we don't make it on next year, I don't thing we will try again. I love Harmony, and enjoyed this cruise very much.
Embarkation

Music festival going on in Miami, so we were told to allow for traffic, lots of people waiting to depart, and many arriving to board. Seemed congested with people, but everything moved aling quite quickly, less than 30 minutes to get on the ship
Ship experiences
Food and Dining

Main dining room service was excellent. Manual and Luciano were great. We enjoyed the food, but still like the old menu better. We did have a Chops steak in the MDR on our last night, it was very good. Windjammer was good, just different. We did not do any specialty restaurants. Wish they had a Playmakers, and the BBQ on board!
Onboard Activities

We played mini golf, it was fun. Course could use some freshening up. We enjoyed the sun on deck 16. Pools were too full, and too many kids in hot tubs, so did not use either.
Entertainment

Grease was great, Columbus was so fun, headliner was an impressionist , he was great. We did not make it to the comedy shows, they were all booked. Wish they would move them to a larger stage.
Service and Staff

All top notch, everyone we encountered was wonderful. Natalia at Next Cruise desk answered every question we had, and got our next cruise booked. Guest Services staff very helpful. Friendly waiters and service personnel.

Love the cabin layout and closet locations. Lots of cleaning going on in common areas.
Cabin / Stateroom

Central park balcony was great. Could enjoy music from the pool late afternoon from our balcony. We had plenty of room and storage for our things. Trevor kept it tidy, and left us cute towel animals. Bed was firm, but comfy. Pillows were good too. We selected a morning clean up, but missed the evening service.
Ship tip
Leave your stateroom in the same direction, and use the same elevators whenever possible. It makes it so much easier to find your way around.
We enjoyed Roatan, we took an excursion that included a tour, a visit to Daniel Johnson's, where we held sloths and saw monkeys and macaws. We then went to an inguana refuge. Our guides were knowledgeable at each stop, and driver was exceptional. We stopped at a chocolate factory, and had an delicious treat. I would like to visit here again.
We did the Atlantis submarine excursion, it was very nice. All people involved did a great job. The views were incredible. We did some shopping in the port area, vendors seemed very kind.
We visited Bayside Marketplace, and a BBQ restaurant near our hotel. No excusions here. There was a large music festival going on, so traffic was congested and some roads blocked off.
Took a shuttle to the airport, had a little trouble locating the bus, but after that, no problems. Driver and assistant were great. We carried our own luggage off. I liked it better when people stayed in their rooms until notifed to leave, seemed very congested in the holding area and promenade as people were leaving
