We were on the same cruise and had a great time. We didn't discover central park until the 3rd day. We were too late getting reservations for shows booked in the app before our cruise, so we could only find 1 show with a few reservations available. That is the only show we were able to get in to see. Columbus was dumb but funny with great actors and was visually awesome.
