cabin was really small for the price of $2532, could have been better, nothing was included, drinks & internet was extra, advertisement stated half price for 2nd party plus cruise credits. Nothing was received, I paid out of pocket for everything.

This is also why I like using a GOOD TA. One phone call to her and she has to deal with it, not me. Makes life so much easier!

Sooo important to review the deal prior to final payment. You should see the discounts on your invoice and any OBC both in the app and online prior to FPD. And as others have said, print out your invoices and other documents to have handy in the event something goes awry. 😉

Don’t understand why when people have “perks” etc that they don’t carry it on paper with them. Everything I get from RCCL has my price, things like pp gratuities, OBCs etc…THEN if you’re not receiving them on board you go advocate for yourself immediately at guest services. I had that happen on our last cruise. I showed them on my paperwork where I had three different OBCs….I asked to speak to the hotel Manager and told him I expected it added to our folio while I stood there…..it was….always remember because it’s true..SQUEAKY WHEEL GETS THE GREASE
