We enjoyed our time on the Harmony of the Seas. The shows were good, food and service also.

It usually goes good but this trip we were stopped and asked if our granddaughter was indeed our granddaughter. I responded, yes, since birth. She had been on 3 Royal Caribbean cruises, out of the country every time and not a question. We were pulled out of line, sent to another area and detained for over an hour. The lady was rude and I couldn't believe this was happening. We have guardianship but didn't bring our papers. We have raised her from birth. A big mess. We finally were able to get my grandson to go to our home and get the papers. I'm not blaming RC but the lady was very curt and hurtful. I cried and didn't care to ever cruise with them again. With all of that, it took me 3 days to get over how upset she made us. We just cruised two weeks ago and I had the guardian papers, ready to show anyone and no one answered. It was smooth as silk.

The MDR was good, service was amazing. Renier did a remarkable job. The Windjammer, Sorrento's, Cafe Promenade was amazing. Missed our El Loco Fresh.
Onboard Activities

If people didn't save chairs by the pool it would be more of a positive experience. It's just not right. We got up early to get a chair. NOT ONE. So one day we never got to sit around the pool.

Service was impeccable. We love RC because of the service! Our steward was amazing and ship personnel always welcoming and greet with a smile.

Unfortunately there are more and more abductions. Granted, the lady didn’t have to be rude. Glad you enjoyed your cruise once you got over this poor treatment. It’s a good lesson for others, thanks for sharing.
