Review summary

We were a group of 12 family and friends, had a great time on the ship and at the ports. Would highly recommend Royal Caribbean cruises and especially the Harmony of the Seas.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
It was very easy to get on the ship, we had an early arrival time and there were no lines. We were able to go through security very quickly, then was able to register with our sea and sail passes on our phones. We then proceeded to a waiting area for about 5 minutes and then was escorted to the ship. One of the easiest times we had getting on the ship.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We ate breakfast and lunch at different places throughout the ship. The food was good and service great. We ate dinner in the main dinning room each night. Our waiter and assistant waiter were terrific. Very friendly and personable. We had a group of 12 all friends at our table and they made our dinners very enjoyable. The food was also very good. It was the fist week for the new menu on Royal Caribbean Harmony and there was always something on the menu that I enjoyed eating. They said that they changed the menu so dinner would not take so long and they were correct.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
There was a lot of different activities to enjoy, from zip lining, slides, put put golf. Always something to do if you did not want to just sit at the pool.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Went to see Grease, the ice skating shoe and the water show. All were amazi;ng!!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our waiters and room stewards were the best. Very friendly and did an outstanding job.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Even though it was a large ship it was easy to get to most venues. The wait times in the elevator could be long after shows and events, but the majority of the time it was not too long. I took the steps a lot so did not have to ride on the elevator. The ship was very clean and well-maintained.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We had plenty of room in our cabin. It is nice to have a balcony to have the light coming in. We were able to see the ocean out the back of the ship off our balcony which was a nice view. We were also able to watch the water show from our balcony, an added plus. The bathroom was a nice size and the shower with a glass door was great. It had plenty of room to move around.

Ship tip

It is a beautiful ship with plenty to see and do. Would highly recommend.
