Review summary

Good I’m all. I would like to say that this review was not to discourage anyone from sailing and we solemnly loved the cruise it’s self and the ports. Highly recommend.

Embarkation

We are onboard in a Star Class suite. We contact our genie before the sailing and he assures us the embarkation will be easy. Fast forward to Sunday, we are arriving to the port and first impressions were terrible! Port employees yelling and shouting for us to go to different directions, not much care for our bags after we got being the Star Class desk. We get directed up to the doors and our genie greets us. We are then told we can go aboard the ship. Keep in mind the genie is supposed to make you feel like you are “the most important guest onboard.” He was rushing us with other Star class guests to the suit lounge and was walking at a pretty fast speed and had no regard for us being first time royal cruisers.

Food was great! Went to a speciality restaurant every night and they were all wonderful!! I would not really recommend the Coastal Kitchen for breakfast because it felt like we were being rushed out. Keep in mind that was the suite only resultant and should feel like a 5 star restaurant.

The staff was not personable at all and did not acknowledge your existence or if anyone was there. Would recommend going to a different bar instead of this one.

Top of the line cooking, it was a TON of food. There are around 6-8 courses and the last 3 are main dishes. They were all full sized and there was a lot of food that was waisted.

Lots of fun on the water slides and the many pool options to choose from. The top deck was nice because it had loungers that never were full so you would easily grab one and stay the whole day with out having many people around you. We did not have a problem in the suite deck, exceptional service.

The experience was not great. Did not enjoy the show, like I said either the aqua theater, it was more like a talent show not a story line. The story it’s self was pretty bad and jumbled over the place.
