Ship tip

There was not enough staff for the amount of guests on the ship. The ship was not prepared for the number of guests therefore the guests suffered waiting on themselves, fighting to get into entertainment, and excursions unable to accommodate the number of guests with chairs, and equipment to enjoy the experience.

Was on same cruise, after over a year shutdown I was very impressed with the level of service and quality of the food and the shows The high winds canceled most of the Aqua shows but the casino made up for it.

Interesting that others on the same cruise date on this ship did not have any complaints about lack of employees or poor service and rated their experience 4 -5 stars. This has all of the characteristics of the daily ”let’s bash Royal Caribbean” review - new user, no cruises listed in the profile, few or no details in each category, vague complaints that do not match other reviews of the exact same cruise, etc.

Thanks for the review. We’ve always had a great experience on Royal Caribbean. Patience and lowered expectations are the key to have an enjoyable cruise currently. Most are just glad to be back on a cruise ship.
