Review summary

Highly recommend getting the Key, the benefits are really really good. The staff as a whole were extremely helpful, kind and had our safety as their first priority. The only drawback at all was having to wear a mask in ll enclosed areas. I totally understand why, it was just an inconvenience. Embarkation was easy and disembarkation even easier.

Our room attendant, Putra, was fabulous. Our waiters in the main dining room were spectacular, Catherine, our head waiter, Jonalyn, our main server and Bhaviraj our waiter were all just wonderful. Couldn't have asked for anyone better.

Extremely clean with staff constantly wiping down tables, chairs, handrails, elevator buttons. We felt very safe the whole time.
