Been on the Oasis and the Symphony and so far, the Harmony is not the better of the three. The sport pool is in dire need of paint and the event hosts are less than enthusiastic about their jobs than most that I have seen my past experiences.

Review summary

It was not the best itinerary I've been on. Not a fan of 3 sea days for such a short distance between ports. They could have added perfect day at coco cay. Not the best of the Oasis class ships (haven't been on the Allure). I thought the cruise ship events were unorganized and sub par in terms of coordinating scheduling and managed. The events coordinators are less that enthusiastic most times. Lots of technical difficulties at more than one event. Low quality equipment (such as pool volley ball and net). Quest was by far the best event of the cruise. Must see. Casino was the worst in terms of quality games and low ratio pay outs. Never seen such a low turn out of players on tables and on lousy machines. Cash out machines or if order last night of the cruise so every one had to go to the slow cashier cage. Bartenders in the casino were the slowest and unfriendliest people I've seen on a cruise. The tvs for football games were great though around the bar area.

Food and Dining

So far the food had been pretty good. Windjammer is better than the main dining room in terms of service and food quality. Main dining servers slow and made lots of order mistakes.

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
People running the events should be more enthusiastic about getting the passengers involved and excited about the events even if it is just adult mini golf competition. And show up on time. By the end of the cruise people should be familiar with at least some of the cruise event staff. I felt there presence was minimal. The music on the pool deck, the few times it was available, should have been played between band breaks.

Terrible lay out and equipment. Coordinator for the commotion was late and acted like he didn't care.

The coolly ball and net looks like they came out of a good will box. Get some new equipment

The old town vibe. The music. The people. Zip lining was fun too. We were there at night this time, so that was different. We scheduled a sun set sail excursion for the second time but it was canceled again due to ship maintenance. First time due to weather. It was supposed to be with Sail San Juan Bay - Sunset Sailing with Ivan at CLUB NAUTICO DE SAN JUAN Dock 66 **. Maybe third time is a charm. We did a salsa dance and mojito excursion one time and that was fun too. Bars and beaches on condado are fun too.

Curious on what is so fun in San Juan? Our first time there was uneventful, and we'll be there again soon.
