I was on harmony in September 2018 and it was fantastic. Our service was over the top..food was amazing in the dining room.. Out room attendant was awesome.. Going again in feb 2020

It seems all cruise lines are cutting back. Our room steward told us over the last year the number of rooms he looks after has increased from 15 to 19
