Yes... the only problem we had was that until we gotten off the ship our excursion had left and we were not able to do it.

All we had to do was call Royal Caribbean and purchase over the phone. We explained that I dont drink alcohol and we were allowed buy 1 alcohol package for my husband and a regular refreshment package for myself.

Both didn't use to have to, but so many people shared they had to change the rules. Just like smuggling is going to force more rule changes in the future. Both are theft, but when I point this out, I'm the "bad" guy. In the future you can call RCCL and they will usually let you buy one alcohol package and one refreshment package. This will eventually end too because a lot of folks get shots on the alcohol package and give it to the refreshment package people.
